    Algo’Tech processes the following categories of Users’ personal data:<\/p>\n

    • Connection data: logs, time stamp, browsing path, browser type.<\/li>\n

    • Internet data: IP address, browser language<\/li>\n
    • In principle, your personal data comes directly from you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Please note, however, that the following personal data have been transmitted to us by Nomination, Linkedin, in the context of our commercial prospecting:<\/p>\n

The same applies to any information concerning the life or sexual orientation, genetic, biometric or health data of the persons concerned. <\/p>\n

        2. Why and how do we process your personal data?<\/h3>\n

        Algo’Tech SAS processes the personal data of Data Subjects for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

          In view of the purpose of each processing operation, Algo’Tech SAS takes all necessary steps to ensure that personal data is only accessible by its internal departments that need to know it, third-party recipients designated by law or subcontractors required to carry out the processing operations (see 3).<\/p>\n

          Algo’Tech SAS retains the data collected for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of each processing operation, unless an exception is provided for by law.<\/p>\n

          In application of the RGPD, your data may be retained by us until the limitation periods for legal action have been reached. In this case, only the people in charge of litigation within the company have access to it. At the end of these periods, your data is either deleted or irreversibly anonymized. <\/p>\n

          3. To whom are your personal data transmitted outside the company?<\/h3>\n

          Algo’Tech SAS may communicate your personal data to organizations within the scope of the law. These recipients are listed below (see 2.). <\/p>\n

          Algo’Tech SAS uses subcontractors selected by it to carry out all or part of the indicated processing operations. Exceptionally, Algo’Tech SAS may use service providers located outside the European Union. <\/p>\n

          Algo’Tech SAS implements all organizational and technical measures to ensure an appropriate level of security for your personal data, and in particular to prevent any loss of confidentiality, integrity or accessibility.<\/p>\n

          5. What are your rights regarding your personal data?<\/h3>\n

          You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data with Algo’Tech SAS:<\/p>\n

          • You can give your consent to the deposit of Cookie or withdraw it on our site, by clicking on “Preference of consent”, in the bottom right-hand corner of our website.<\/li>\n
          • A right of rectification: you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you. You also have the right to complete incomplete data concerning you, by providing a supplementary declaration. Should you exercise this right, we undertake to communicate any rectification to all recipients of your data as far as possible. <\/li>\n
          • A right of deletion: in certain cases, you have the right to obtain the deletion of your data. However, this is not an absolute right and we may for legal or legitimate reasons retain this data. <\/li>\n
          • A right to restrict processing: in certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your data.<\/li>\n

            Algo’Tech SAS will respond to any exercise of rights as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the request.<\/p>\n

            • Extend the response time by two months, informing the applicant of the extension and the reasons for the postponement within one month of receipt of the request.<\/li>\n
